Request the tool

You request pdf-toegankelijk.nl by email. There is no payment page: you receive an invoice, and then we add your colleagues to the list.

What to put in your email

Email juliatol@properaccess.nl with:

• the name of your organisation;
• the email addresses of the people who will use the tool;
• when you want to start;
• the billing address, and a purchase order number if your organisation uses one.

What it costs

You pay per user, per year. A user is one email address. If someone joins halfway through the year, you only pay for the rest of that year for their seat. The amount is in our reply to your email.

What happens next

1. You receive an invoice for one year.
2. We add the addresses from your email to the list. Anyone on the list logs in with a link we send to their work email. There is no password.
3. Thirty days before the year ends, you receive an email. We then send the invoice for the next year.

If someone leaves, their seat can move to a colleague's address. Email us which address goes and which one comes in.
